How do you ship?
We wanted to keep the shipping cost as minimal as possible for you and found that USPS had the better rates, so we are currently only using USPS for our shipping. You will receive an email which will allow you to track the shipment. Due to COVID-19 it seems all delivery services as experiencing currently experiencing delays. The following statement is directly from USPS:
USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19.
Do you accept Returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our scared tribe. If you have received a damaged item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible if photographic proof of the damaged + order number is submitted to Brass Rose within 7 days of delivery.
With the wooden wick candles during shipment + hot months, petals + crystals may come loose from the wax. If a package is left outside in the heat, candle "sweating" may occur. This does not damage your candle or affect performance, however, it is unsightly. Dab excess oil at the surface with a paper towel. We recommend that you store your candles in a cool, dry place.Please understand this prior to making a candle purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
We can but unfortunately the price is as much as the product. We are using USPS because they had the cheaper option for you. Please as keep in mind the costs + lead time will vary depending on country.
